A Drive About

Our first nice Saturday in a while, so we decided to take the '57 Bel Air out for some fresh air. We did a little drive about our Tennessee countryside.

This picture is going down our road. Now I was trying to get a picture of the telephone poles, because down every country road here, you slalom around telephone poles, it cracks me up. But these cyclists got in my way. There were a lot of bikes out today, too.

Here we're heading into down town Leipers Fork. Looks like cyclists of another sort were taking a break at Puckett's. We see a lot of those kinds of bikes, too.

And on passed farm houses.
Big....

....and small.

We make our way to Bending Chestnut, where the temperature at the general store reads about 64*.

Plenty warm enough to go hard top mode.

Then continuing on our little loop....

....passed fences, barns and woods.

Until we arrive home again.

And await for the next unseasonably warm day to arrive.
